Need to Return Your Purchase?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return for a refund or exchange.
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the new condition you received them in and in the original box and/or packaging. Opened DVD’s may be exchanged for the same title only.
Return shipping is free if we made an error with your order. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.
If you received FREE SHIPPING on your original order and you return the item, you will be refunded the merchandise amount minus our shipping costs. If we made an error on your order, you will receive a full refund.
How to do a Product Return:
Send an email to email@example.com
Include the following: full name, order number, products and reason for return.
We will send you an email with return instructions and a RMA Authorization Number. You must write this number on the outside of the box you are returning.

Once the package is returned and inspected, we will either refund or exchange the merchandise according to your instructions.
We make it painless to return an item, but we do reserve the right to assess a 25% restocking fee if the return does not meet the return guidelines or the product is not in "new condition".
